All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days with the exception of sale items during a sale require 5-7 business days due to high volume. All payments are non-refundable and no refunds or store credit will be given. Sorry, we do not offer any exchange or returns from this site and all Sales Are Final! You agree that all payment for our product are FINAL and we will not offer any refund for payment of the order. We accept PAYPAL. As soon as your order is placed online, your PAYPAL account will be charged. Credit Card Fraud and Theft of our product will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
All products are thoroughly tested for quality before shipping. All orders will be SHIPPED via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. You will receive an email after the order has been shipped providing tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE, if shipped express All items must be signed for as they cannot be left unattended. If nobody is there to sign for the order USPS may return it to the Post Office for customer to pick up. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order did not arrive or lost package, we will lodge inquiries with USPS to ensure of delivery. If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item until we receive a signed letter from USPS stating so. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
